Drugs and Entertainers

I don't know what is getting into all of Hollywood, but it is craziness. Don't they have the same rules that the general population do as far as work requirements? I mean we are all getting paid squat for our jobs and here they are making millions and we make pennies, yet we are drug tested, back ground checked and thoroughly violated, and here they are high on life and making millions. Doesn't seem right if you ask me, they should have to be screened just like anyone else, and if they are tested positive, then they lose their jobs as well. Make it fair for the world, don't punish the innocent. Just my opinion, what's yours?

What about our Teachers?

I can say that some teachers are absolutely fabulous while others are enough to drive you mad. It is only those that I wish to address. I am not sure what the hiring process is for a teacher, but I know that they should be reviewed carefully. Really, look at how many sleep with students, yell at them, smack them, etc. It isn't right. Since when do they have that right? I think that teachers should be screened every year, maybe even a couple times a year, by lie detectors, random drug screening and thorough back ground checks. Yeah it may be costly, but are we going to put a value on childrens safety and well being?

School Transportation

I don't know about alot of you, but I know that my own personal experience with our school transportation system has been awful. They fly down the road and then slam on the brakes when coming to a stop. When my children get on the bus they don't wait for them to be seated, they just stomp on it and the kids barely catch themselves to sit down. I have tried numerous times to talk to school officals, to include the transportation supervisors, transportation admin. offices, superintendants office, principal, asst. principal, and the list goes on. But no one seems to care. I have my hands up, like what are we to do now? If anyone has any thoughts, post them I'd be glad to hear what you have to say.

Who out there is tired of all of the Britney Spears crap?

I know for one I am. Every time you turn around there is another stupid article of something else she did, or another stupid photograph of her wearing her skirt in her underwear or shaving her head, or wearing a wedding dress to shop in. I mean enough is enough already. So what if she is messed up, so what if she is crazy! That is her business not ours. None of us are involved with her. Leave her alone and give the girl a chance to live without all the other garbage, but leave my ears out of it, I've had enough of it already!
Let's put it this way.... She is OLD News by now!
